Visibility Setting - Hidden Has Priority

Hidden Has Priority #

What happens if a product belongs to multiple categories, some visible and some hidden? Should the product be visible or hidden?

The default behavior is:  

• If a product belongs to at least one visible category, the product will be visible.

However, if you activate "Hidden has priority," the behavior is reversed:

• If a product belongs to at least one hidden category, the product will be hidden.
