B2BKing Pro version 4.6.20 introduces a new Reports feature, accessible in the backend via B2BKing -> Reports.

With this feature, you can generate reports for all customers, all B2B customers, or for individual customers or B2B customer groups.

Reports can be generated for specific time periods by selecting a start and end date, and there are also pre-configured one-click options for the current and previous month or year.

Reports include:

  • Gross Sales
  • Net Sales
  • Number of Orders
  • Number of Items
  • Average Order Value
  • Refund Amount
  • Coupon Value Used
  • Shipping Charged

The 'Export Report' feature allows you to generate a CSV or PDF file containing the report data:

After choosing an option, the report download will begin:

Reports can display data either by month (for periods spanning multiple months) or by day (for periods of less than 31 days):
