What are purchase lists? #

In B2B e-commerce, purchase lists provide a quick and easy way for companies to order or reorder specific products. This is an important feature, as many businesses have supplies and inventory that must be replenished periodically.

To implement this, B2BKing adds a dedicated "Purchase Lists" section to the customer's WooCommerce My Account panel.

Purchase lists and multiple buyers per account (Subaccounts) #

Like many other B2BKing features, purchase lists are fully integrated with the subaccounts feature. This means subaccounts can be granted permission to view and download purchase lists. These and other permissions can be managed individually for each subaccount.

Purchase list functionality #

Purchase lists can be added to the cart, edited, or deleted. They also feature an instant, AJAX-powered search that allows users to quickly add new products.

Save cart as purchase list #

B2BKing also includes a button that allows users to save their current cart as a purchase list, so it can easily be viewed or reordered at a later time.

Enabling and disabling purchase lists #

You can easily enable or disable purchase lists using the dedicated setting under B2BKing -> Settings -> Main Settings:

Purchase list CSV downloads #

Starting with B2BKing 3.1, purchase lists can now be downloaded by customers as CSV files.
