You can upgrade your B2BKing license to a higher tier at any time. The system automatically calculates a credit based on how much time remains on your current license, so you only pay the difference.
Log in to your account at My Account → Billing & Upgrades.
On this page, you will see a list of all your current licenses. Each license that is eligible for an upgrade will have an Upgrade button next to it.
After clicking the Upgrade button, the system will show you all available upgrade options along with your upgrade credit and the additional cost for each option.
The upgrade price is calculated as: Price of new tier − Your upgrade credit = Price you pay.
Once you select your preferred upgrade option, you will be automatically redirected to the cart page. A coupon will be applied automatically — simply proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
When you complete the upgrade, your old license will be deactivated and a brand-new license key will be generated for you. This new license comes with 12 months of validity from the date of the upgrade (not just the remaining time on your old license).
If you already have the plugin activated on a website, you will need to enter the new license key on that site and re-activate it.
Since the new license includes a full 12 months, the upgrade price may seem higher than expected at first glance. This is because you are paying for a complete 12-month license period, not just the remaining months on your old license.
After upgrading, you'll need to update the license key on your active B2BKing site.
Here's how:
(1) Go to your active site, navigate to B2BKing → Settings → License, and click "Deactivate" to remove the old license:
Note: You may not see this option, as the license automatically becomes inactive. In that case, just proceed to the next step.
(2) Copy the new license key from https://kingsplugins.com/my-account/downloads-licenses/
(3) Paste the new license key and click Activate:
You're all set!
The system automatically calculates your upgrade credit based on how much time has passed since your original purchase (calculated per day). The sooner you upgrade, the more credit you receive. You receive full credit for upgrades within the first 14 days of purchase, and after that, the credit is proportional to the time remaining on your subscription.
Example:
If you have a Lifetime license, you can also upgrade to a higher Lifetime tier (for example, from Lifetime Startup to Lifetime Pro). You will receive full credit for the amount previously paid. The system will display your available Lifetime upgrade options and the additional cost for each one.
All prices shown during the upgrade process exclude tax. Depending on your country and postal code, tax may be added at checkout as required by your local laws.
All billing is handled through Paddle.com, our payment processor.
If you are a company, you can enter your Tax ID (VAT/GST number) and company details at checkout to receive a proper invoice and pay tax-free. If you missed adding your VAT number at checkout, you can add it later to your invoice via the Paddle self-service portal, and you will receive a VAT refund automatically.
