Can B2BKing work on a B2B + B2C site? Can it be added to an existing B2C retail site?

B2BKing can be added to an existing B2C retail site without affecting the experience of existing B2C users. B2BKing has a special mode designed exactly for this.

To use this mode, simply go to B2BKing → Settings → Main Settings and set Plugin Status to 'B2B & B2C Hybrid'.

When set to this mode, B2BKing adds B2B features only for business customers. B2C users won't see anything different and may not even know you've added a B2B portal to the site.

What About B2B Users? #

Since B2C and B2B users need to be distinguished, you can add a dedicated business registration form to your site for new business customers. For existing users, you can set whether they are B2C or B2B directly from their profile page by assigning them to a customer group.

When a user logs in, the plugin automatically detects whether they are B2B or B2C and adjusts their experience accordingly. A B2B user may see different products and prices, different shipping and payment methods, and other changes depending on your settings.
