Managing B2B Users: The Customers Page and CRM Hub

Video Overview #

The Customers Page #

Whether you are running a complex WooCommerce B2B operation or a growing WooCommerce wholesale store, keeping track of your business clients is essential. The B2BKing Customers page serves as your central command center for user management. It provides a clean, unified dashboard to view all your registered buyers, manage account approvals, and organize customer data efficiently.

B2BKing Customers Page

Coupled with the built-in CRM Hub, this page gives you a powerful, all-in-one workspace to handle your wholesale customer relationships without needing external tools.

CRM Hub Overview

When you navigate to the Customers page, you are greeted by a streamlined table displaying all your registered users. This interface is built to give you immediate context about who your buyers are and how they interact with your store.

At a glance, you can view the following columns for each user:

  • Company Name
  • Customer Group
  • Account Type (Main Account vs. Subaccount)
  • Approval Status (Active or Pending)
  • Total Spent
  • Credit Balance (Requires the 'Company Credit' add-on)
  • Agent Assigned (Integration with the SalesKing plugin)

Interacting with the Customer Table #

We built this page to be highly interactive so you can easily sort through large lists and find the exact data you need.

Smart Sorting

You can click on any column header to sort your customer list. For example, click the "Total Spent" column header to instantly view your most valuable customers. If you click the "Approval" column, you can group all your Pending or Active accounts together.

Sort by Total Spent

Streamlined Approvals

When you see a user with a "Pending" badge in the Approval column, simply click on the badge. This action takes you directly to their user profile page where you can review their submitted business data and quickly approve or reject their registration.

Search, Columns, and Export Options

In the top right corner of the Customers page, you will find three helpful tools to customize your view and extract data:

  • Search Icon: Click this to search the entire table for a specific company or user.
  • Columns Button: Choose exactly which data columns you want visible on your screen.
  • Export Button: Download your current table view as a CSV or PDF, or print it directly.
Columns and Export Options

Pro Tip: The Export tool works together with the Columns button. If you want to generate a clean PDF report with only Company Name, Total Spent, and Agent Assigned, simply use the Columns button to disable the other fields, and then click Export to PDF.

The CRM Hub #

The CRM Hub is a core feature designed to bring proper customer relationship management directly into your dashboard. It acts as an integrated mini-CRM tailored for B2B needs.

You can access the CRM Hub in two places: directly on the Customers page, or on the individual User Profile page. The data is synced across both locations. If you add a note while looking at the main table, it will be there waiting for you the next time you open that specific User Profile.

CRM Orders Panel

The CRM Hub is divided into five tabs:

  • Overview: Get vital stats instantly. This tab displays the total number of orders, the date of their last order, how long they have been a customer, their billing address, VAT ID, email, phone number, and more.
  • Notes: A private space to add custom notes about a client. Keep track of special agreements, phone call summaries, or specific buyer preferences.
  • Files: Seamlessly manage documents. Here you can download files the user uploaded themselves during registration (such as tax licenses, business documents, or certificates). You can also upload your own custom files to their profile for safe keeping and easy access later.
  • Orders: View a quick summary of the customer's order history.
  • Subaccounts: If the customer is a main account holder, you can view and manage all of their connected team members right from this tab. For subaccounts, this tab will display their parent account.

Connecting Your B2B Ecosystem #

The Customers page and CRM Hub are designed to work perfectly with the rest of your store's setup.

B2B Registration and Custom Fields

When clients apply for an account, the data from your custom B2B registration forms flows directly into the CRM Hub. You can request any specific information during signup, from VAT numbers to PDF reseller certificates. Instead of hunting down email attachments, this custom field data is neatly organized in the Overview and Files tabs.

Customer Groups and Wholesale Pricing

Each B2B customer group can have its own specific pricing and order rules. Since the Customers page displays the Customer Group column by default, you can instantly see a buyer's assigned price level. This makes managing WooCommerce dynamic pricing and wholesale user roles incredibly easy. For example, you can sort the table by "Total Spent" to find your most valuable clients and quickly upgrade them to a VIP tier for better wholesale discounts.

Ecosystem Integrations

The Customers page becomes even more powerful when combined with our other tools:

  • Company Credit Add-on: The "Credit Balance" column lets you instantly see which clients have purchasing power or outstanding balances. Sort by this column to easily stay on top of accounts receivable.
  • SalesKing Integration: The "Agent Assigned" column shows which sales rep handles a specific client. This makes it simple to review account distribution and ensure every wholesale buyer has a dedicated contact.
