If you use any kind of third-party app, plugin, or integration (e.g., Facebook product sync), and that app is receiving B2B rather than B2C prices, here is what you need to know:
This usually happens because the app is pulling prices as they appear to your current admin user. To resolve this, go to your admin user profile page and change the user to "B2C Users" so that your admin user will see B2C prices.
After making this change, you will need to re-sync or update your products so the respective app can refresh its prices.
