Importing metadata is not working #

If you experience issues after a metadata import, such as imported data being erased or deleted for no reason, this is often resolved by enabling the following option:

Increase speed by disabling do_action calls in wp_insert_post during import.

This setting can be found under All Import › Manage Imports › Settings › Configure Advanced Settings.
