Quick Start Guide: Install and Activate B2BKing

This guide covers installing B2BKing and getting it running for the first time. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Installation #

  1. Download the plugin .zip file from your KingsPlugins account. (If you purchased through Envato Market, download it from there instead.)
  2. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Select the .zip file and click "Install Now."
  1. If prompted, install and activate the free B2BKing Core plugin by clicking the button that appears. (If it's already active, you won't see this prompt.)
  1. Go to B2BKing → Settings and set the plugin status to B2B & B2C Hybrid or B2B Shop, depending on whether you sell to both businesses and consumers, or only to businesses.
  1. Proceed to activate the plugin license to enable automatic updates.

That's it. For the next steps (setting up groups, pricing, registration, and more), see the Initial Configuration Guide.

Installing Add-ons #

If your package includes optional add-ons, see the add-on installation guide for download and setup instructions.

Troubleshooting #

"Install Now" for B2BKing Core doesn't work (button reappears after a few seconds)

Try these fixes in order:

  1. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
  2. Go to Plugins → Add Plugin, search for "B2BKing," and install it from the WordPress plugin directory instead.
  3. If that doesn't work, a previous installation attempt may have left behind a broken folder. Using a file manager or FTP, go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the folder b2bking-wholesale-for-woocommerce. Then try "Install Now" again.

If none of these work, contact our support team for help.

This is usually caused by a plugin conflict. See our dedicated troubleshooting article.
